Jeffrey Randol

Jeffrey Randol has an extensive background in commercial and residential real estate, along with years of community development experience. Recognized nationally, Jeffrey is a seasoned Developer who has been engaged in several communities across the country. His latest real estate accomplishment includes the Fort DuPont Redevelopment and Preservation Corporation, where he was tasked to develop a 400-acre property inclusive of a 264-acre historic district into a mixed-use community. Under his leadership, Jeff took a property that long sat undeveloped and built it into a new community. He set the groundwork for 300 new homes, a 425-site campground, marina, commercial uses and the preservation of several historic buildings. Operationally he grew the corporation's annual revenue from $500,000 to $10+ million. Other real estate development activities have included factory outlet and regional shopping centers, neighborhood grocery stores, senior housing communities, multiple residential projects and commercial/industrial parks totaling over 2 million square feet. Jeffrey has also served as Director and President of the New York State Economic Development Council and President of the Saratoga Economic Development Corporation. While with the SEDC he took a startup program and built it into one of the most successful economic development efforts in New York State by creating over 5,000 new jobs and financing over $600 million in new projects. His efforts resulted in the receipt of the National Association of Counties Award for Excellence. With decades of experience, Jeffrey Randol has developed a keen understanding in land-use planning, site design and development, construction, regulatory and entitlement processes, operations and project financing.
